Following in the footsteps of their father, co-founder Jose Bonilla, Chris and Andy Bonilla have grown into key leadership roles within JA Bonilla. What began as their promotion to Senior Estimator and Estimator in 2021 has since evolved into greater responsibilities and vision for the company. Today, Chris serves as Director of Transportation, leading logistics and fleet operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and reliability. Andy has stepped into the role of Director of Business Administration, overseeing financial management, organizational processes, and strategic planning. Guided by the mentorship of seasoned leaders Jose Bonilla and Rex Kinch —and strengthened by their studies in construction management, business administration, and accounting—the Bonilla brothers are carrying forward the company’s legacy while positioning JA Bonilla for long-term growth and success.
