Originally from El Salvador, Jose Bonilla, Co-founder, has been driven by a profound commitment to uplift his community and forge his own path in business. Beginning his journey in construction at just 14 years old, he transformed his early passion and determination into a successful enterprise by the summer of 1996, turning a lifelong dream into a reality. 

Rosa Bonilla, Co-founder, has been with JA Bonilla Inc. since its early inception. She played a pivotal role alongside Jose Bonilla in building the foundation of our company and is the strategic force driving our most significant expansions. 

Rex Kinch, Director of Field Operations, has been a valued member of JA Bonilla Inc. for 10 years now and brings nearly two decades of experience in the architecture, construction and lumber industry. Known for his kindness and strong work ethic, he consistently adds significant value to our team. 

Chris Bonilla, Director of Transportation

Chris Bonilla has been promoted to Director of Transportation, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and optimization of our logistics operations. With a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and team development, Chris is driving improvements that keep projects and materials moving smoothly. 

Andy Bonilla, Director of Business Administration

Andy Bonilla now serves as Director of Business Administration, bringing strategic insight and a detail-oriented approach to the company’s day-to-day operations. Having recently graduated, he now works alongside senior leadership to support business development, financial oversight, and client engagement. 

Bryan Medina has played a vital role in expanding JA Bonilla’s presence throughout the Midwest, successfully managing projects across Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana. His leadership and dedication have helped establish a strong, respected reputation for the company in every region he’s served. 

Ashley Fugate, Office Manager

Ashley brings nearly 20 years of experience in leadership, customer service, administration, and HR to her role as Office Manager. She leads the office team and oversees all operations, ensuring everthing runs smoothly while supporting and guiding the staff to do their best work. 

Chris Thompson, Estimator

Chris recently joined the team as an Estimator, leading project bids, job quoting, and client relationship management. Know for his keen attention to detail and tech-savvy approach, he brings precision and innovation to every project.

Matt is the newest addition to the team, bringing 20 years of leadership, customer service, and building indusrty experience. A servant leader at heart, he focuses on inspiring and empowering his team to achieve company goals while fostering growth and collaboration.
